I own a tea room and gift shop in Newcastle, Ca called An Afternoon to Remember. I have published 6 cookbooks and have currently started a new companion company called, The International Tea Sippers Society. It's a membership program bringing tea lovers and tea businesses together.

What Are You Passionate About?

Tea! I love tea! I am a certified tea consultant but the more I Iearn about tea, the more I want to know. Tea is similar to wine, where it's grown, how it's grown, how it's processed, all determine the type and taste of tea.
