I am a life coach dedicated to helping women live with passion, purpose, and meaning. I enjoy speaking to organizations to inspire and ignite the human spirit, and awaken the hero within each one of us. I am the author of the book, "Heroes in Heels: Ignite Your Soul and Awaken the Hero Within". This 30-day journey is filled with motivational quotes, affirmations, true inspirational short stories from women, and small acts of kindness. I am the mother of three grown children, and live in San Diego with my husband, Rob.

What Are You Passionate About?

I' am passionate about my family, my friends, playing full out in life, and bringing women together for strength and connection, while empowering them to appreciate and support one another in a powerful new way.

I love to surf, ski, write, speak, and spend time with my best friend...my husband!
